This website posed a difficult problem on the e-commerce aspects due to the different types of "produts".  On one hand the dance studio has group classes that are at a set time for a set number of weeks.  These types of products can be purchased and signed up for at the same time.  But for personal lessons the client must purchase them first without any confirmed dates, then once the dates have been setup the studio places them on the caledar.

Hidden Creek Warmbloods is a ranch in Georgia that sells horses.  This site is designed to showcase those horses through pictures, descriptions, and even embeded video.

The theme for this site is simple in order to highlight the horses.  We used the ranch colors of purple and green along with a pre-existing logo.

Jewish Family Service is an organization that helps children and families from every background that are in need in the San Antonio area.  They provide counseling, financial assistance, and many other services.

JFS-SA.org is a site that will grow over time.  Right now they are creating the basic content for the site to highlight what they do and how they do it.  The client wanted bright colors and pictures of people so that is what the site is designed around.

I also redesigned their logo for this project.

Freeze Frame Photography is a site that highlights the amazing photographs of David Hastings.  It is a marketing site primarily, but contains a photo gallery, an availability calendar, and a flash slideshow on the front page.

This site is currently in development.  A link will be posted once it goes live.

Lifetime Baseball is a site for a children's baseball coach.  This site is designed to promote his coaching services.

The design for this site highlights photographs of kids playing baseball.  It is a simple marketing site, but does contain some dynamic elements and can be changed by the client through a login.

Hill Country Church at Fair Oaks Ranch is a Baptist Church just outside Boerne, TX.

This was the original site design for the church.  It is a static html design.  It worked well when the church was smaller and had less going on.  Now the church needs something that is dynamic and can be changed more easily so we are currently working on a new site for them and will post pictures as soon as it is done.

Cherokee Rhythm and Smooth is a dance studio in Cherokee County, GA.  This site is to promote the studio. 

This is a good example of what we call a "brochure" site.  It simply translates a marketing brochure into a website.  This is very effective for businesses that don't have a need for bells and whistles, but understand that every business needs a basic site.  A basic brocure site should look good and provide information like location, times, company information that doesn't need to be changed very often, if at all.

CHFBC Young Couples was a newlywed Sunday School class at Castle Hills First Baptist Church.  This site allowed the class members to communicate with one another, plan events, and share prayer requests all behind a secure login.  While the public portion of the site allowed the class to show meeting times and upcoming events for visitors.

This was my first "social networking" site.  The class used it on a weekly basis for many years until the members moved on to other classes.

Victorious Walk Ministries is an organization that puts on Christian events in the Texas Hill Country. 

In 2007 the organization changed from being an all women's ministry to both men and women.  Since the original design was so feminine we needed to revise it to be more gender neutral without losing the "hill country" feel.

Victorious Walk Ministries is a Christian ministry that puts on events in the Texas Hill Country.  At the time of this first design the ministry was exclusively for women's events. 

Admittedly this was a difficult design for me because the client wanted it to be flowery and feminine.  I struggled with many revisions before coming up with this one.  But, I am very proud of the finished product.  The client loved it and I think it encapsulated the feel of her organization.
